This past two weeks has been absolutely insane. It’s picture time at our dance studio. I really don’t mind the normal weekly rush… but when you have to do hair and makeup 5 times on two little girls, well, let’s just say I’m very ready for a break. :-/ Here’s a couple of shots that I took in front of our house :-) I’ll be the first to admit, these pictures don’t come close to how pretty they looked. I’m guessing nothing really captures the sparkle in their eyes.

In the morning I’ll be off to Bloggy Boot Camp in Phoenix, Arizona. I’ve never traveled alone before. I’m 32. And I’ve never traveled alone. Alone. A-L-O-N-E. I’ll call these two monkeys each night, but to be honest… it’s time for this Momma to have a little break.

I grew up dancing and April is positively crazy in the studio. Performances, costume fittings, pictures, news papers, dancing at the nursing home... I miss it!
Your daughters are beautiful, and they do not look at all as though they are going to break into fisticuffs as soon as you are done snapping this photo.
I am going to have to speak with my two girls, who would just snort with laughter if I read your lovely sister quote to them.
